Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

Monthly Service Fees

Monthly service fees are earned as services are performed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Provide truthful and complete information throughout the service period
  • Cooperate fully with all requests made by Golden Light Credit Repair
Refund Eligibility

If all eligibility requirements have been met and no measurable improvement has been achieved after 90 consecutive days of active service, you may request a refund of the monthly service fees paid during the guarantee period.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the completion of the initial 90-day period.

The Guarantee Does Not Apply If

The client:

  • Misses a payment
  • Cancels before 90 days
  • Stops credit monitoring
  • Fails to submit documents
  • Creates new negative credit activity
  • Files disputes independently
  • Provides false information
  • Refuses to cooperate during the repair process

Failure to meet any eligibility requirement voids the guarantee.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Golden Light Credit Repair offers a strict 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for qualifying clients.

After completing 90 consecutive days of active service, you may qualify to receive a refund of your last monthly service payment only if all eligibility requirements are met and no measurable progress has been made on your credit reports.

This guarantee does not provide a refund of all payments made during the 90-day period.

How To Qualify

To Qualify, You Must:

  • Remain enrolled for a full 90 consecutive days
  • Maintain active credit monitoring during the entire service period
  • Make all required payments on time
  • Submit all requested documents and bureau responses on time
  • Forward all credit bureau, creditor, collector, or data furnisher responses promptly

Refund Amount

If approved, the refund will be limited to the last monthly service payment only, paid after the 90-day service period.

Enrollment fees, setup fees, first work fees, previous monthly payments, and third-party credit monitoring fees are non-refundable.
