3. Client Responsibilities

  • Avoid disputing items on their own while enrolled
  • Avoid new negative credit activity
  • Keep all payments up to date
  • Notify us of any changes in contact information

Failure to follow these responsibilities may affect service results and refund eligibility.

4. Payments & Billing

By enrolling, you agree to pay:

  • Any one-time enrollment or setup fees
  • The monthly service fee as listed on our website
  • Enrollment fees and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Payments are billed monthly until canceled by the client.

All fees must be paid on time to maintain active service. If a payment fails, services may be paused or canceled.

5. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Golden Light Credit Repair offers a strict 90-day money-back guarantee.

To qualify, ALL requirements listed in our Refund Policy must be met.

If the conditions are met and no progress has occurred, a refund of monthly service fees may be issued.

Refunds do not include enrollment fees, setup fees, or credit monitoring fees.

6. Refund Policy

Golden Light follows a strict 90-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are only available under the terms listed in our Refund Policy.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Canceling before 90 days

Enrollment and setup fees are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel Golden Light Credit Repair contract within five days of signing the contract without incurring any penalty. Any payment made by the client will be returned within 15 days of cancelling the contract. Kindly send the dated and signed cancellation notice to Golden Light Credit Repair email to support@goldenlightcreditrepair.com if you wish to cancel the contract.

You may cancel Golden Light Credit Repair services at any time.

To prevent being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your upcoming billing date.

Cancellations must be submitted:

  • Through your client portal, or
  • Through our website’s contact form


8. No Guarantees

While we work hard to help improve your credit, Golden Light Credit Repair cannot guarantee:

  • The removal of specific items
  • A specific credit score increase
  • A specific timeline for results
  • That creditors or bureaus will respond in a certain way
  • Every credit profile is unique, and results vary.
